30 day refund policy
We are chilled at Rayboiii. We offer our customers a full refund if we ever happen to not meet the standards our customers would expect. We want to reassure our customers that we have a 30-day money back return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We take each return incredibly seriously - and want to learn why we have not met your expectations and what we can immediately action to make things better right away.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at orders@rayboiii.com or drop our team a text on WhatsApp. Once your return is accepted and recorded, the only humble request from our side is that we would need you to pay for the postage for returns. We know this isn't ideal - and we are working on shipping labels for returns in the future. If you want to talk to us about any of the above or if you're still not happy then please get in touch and we will listen to you and promise respond to all queries within 48 hours.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned on hygiene grounds such as underwear or used or worn items and custom products such as special orders or personalized items and personal care goods. We cannot accept returns on gifted gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
